Egarding prelaunching of Indirapuram residential plots

The ISO certified GDA had launched a residential plots scheme in Indirapuram-738 and sold the brochers for same at the rate of rrs 500? - and collected a huge amount as registration money. after one year, it refund the some money after taking rs 500/- as token money. Now it came to my knowledge that GDA is going to cancell that sceme and refunding the token money. My complaints are-

1. How a ISO certified government body make fool the genral public?

2. Why the ISO GDA had launched such scheme without a land bank?

3. If ISO GDA cancell this sceme, GDA should also refund the application form money i.e. Rs 500/- with interest.

4. Such authorities should come under scanner and should be responsible to give answers to general public.
