Ground and basement floor illegal constructio in sector 5 vaishali ghaziabad

I am resident of plot no. 386, vaishali sector-5 ghaziabad UP. I am living

here since year 2005. As every one knows that ground floor of these

buildings are ment for parking purpose. But in one building builder had

sold 70% of the area to one Mr. Tripathi. This man is builder relative.

Earlier he was running baby sitting sort of buisiness from this place.

Now he got shifted to some other place and made 2 lig flats in this

ground floor. And also kept some space for his baby siting buiseness.

Now he is trying sell these two flats which elligaly constructed on our parking space.

What should we do to make this space free.

I do not want disclose my identity. That is why i am not writting my name.
