Cut of Electricity Connection

Hello Sir,

I stay in Indirapuram Ghaziabad in a rented flat, my address is

2nd Floor, 638 Niti Khand - I, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.

My electricity has been disconnected since last 2 week and i am trying to make all the efforts to make it connected. I have been looping two 2 week seeking help from one office to another. The person in the electricity board has abused me and after paying the bill amount (which is false amount) my electricity has not been connected.

The person Mr. Prakash which has disconnected my line has abused me and threten me that he would not connect it do what every you want. I had a talk with his immediate manager Mr Bharadwaj (JE) and he also abused me and threten me that he would shout at me and abuse me as and when he wish. I made a complaint to the SDM of Indirapuram Electricity Board Mr. R.K.Bansal he too is not taking any action. Please help me i am still abused and thretened by these people and my electricity has not been connected.
