Illegal Constrctuion in fifth floor of Sanggeta Aprtments, 5-8-49/1 to 20, F S Lane

I am the occupier/owner of the houses bearing door number

5-8-50/1 (Gogineni House) and 5-8-49/2/1 (Kumar Chambers). There is one 100 year old temple between Sangeeta Apartments (5-8-49/1 to 20) and Kumar Chambers. Mr. Kabir Dhamani, Mr. Noording Dhamani & Amiruddin Dhamani have purchased two individal flats on the fifth floor and demolished the original structures repeatedly from the last so many years causing irrepairable damage to the structure namely Sangeeta Apartments. As I am the immediate neighbour on both the sides of Sangeeta Apartments, I am in grave threat of the buliding collapsing on my houses. The above mentioned people have allegedly purchased the terrace on the fifth floor and have erected illegal permanent structures denying me sunlight and you the property tax. It is not out of place to inform you that the entire residents of Sangeeta apartments have illegaly changed the interiors thereby making the building more dangerous. There is no fire fighting device installed in the Complex. They have all jointly and severally violated the approved building plans and did not bother to apply for BPS. Kindly look into this matter as a top priority as this apartment is known for all illegal acts and evading taxes.
