Open sewerage at Uppal

The sewerage drain / manhole at Uppal, opposite to Iron Industry, is overflowing for the past one month.
Is there no sincere government official / or a single person to get it fixed. While passing from that road it is as if passing through a small drain lake.
why don't you guys take measures to prevent the flow of sewerage there.
