Negligence in duties - Fd officials

Dear Sir

Flat no 405 ushodaya apts, sv colony, rk puram was sold to Major Joshy in 2002. It was resold to Mrs Meenakhi Dagar in 2006 and registered at the office of sub-registrar, majkajgiri. Maj Joshi being an Army officer was exempted of house tax. Mrs Meenakshi is not paying house taxes in collusion with Fd Official of Ghmc malkajgiri despite matter brought to the notice of PIO, GHMC MKJ.

Secondly why the office of the Sub-registrar has failed to inform GHMC about the change in ownership.

There are five other flats, in the same apartment owned by defence personnel, not occupied by the respective owners but rented. The info has been made available to GHMC and the deptt of stamp and registration.

No action has been taken as on date.
