My father was taxi driver taken loan from ghoti merchant bank in 1992 of 50000/- Rs on car. he died in jun 1998. he used to pay his loan amount. in 1999 the bank manager told us to give 34000/- and we will close your father loan account. my mother paid 34000/- that time we did not knew we had to take nil certificate. now manager is coming in nov. saying us to pay 70000/- or we will surrend your house against your loan amount. now they are saying that we had given you four notice in 2001 in which they told you were absent. they won the case. but in 2001 we did not received any notice. from 2008 manger did not took any action against us.now manger is telling us that we will surrend your house. manager had deposited my father f.d of 27000 in loan account in aug

as i am still studying and my mother can not full our basic need from where we shall bring money.if manager had came in 2001 that time we would sold that car and we would able to pay the loan but today the car has no value.as my father died the car is standing in that place only where he had left.

manger is telling us we have won the case under 101 act.telling us there is no appeal.

from 2008 we not knew and manager also did not told us.we belived that the loan has been paid.

my question is that what was bank doing from june nov? as they had judegment againt us.

from june nov manger or bank recovery peson did not came to us
