Gift 360
Delay in Delivery

I had placed an order with Gift 360 on September 1st and I was assured that I will get my order delivered to me within 14 days which did not happen; hence, I contacted them back and I was told that it is 14 working days and not just 14 days. Even if we calculate 14 working days from September 1st, it ended by September 18th but I did not get my product. Since then, I have contacted them several times but every time I was told that I will be getting it in next 2 days which never happened. It is almost a month now but I have not yet received the product. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

I exclusively want to mention here the response of Gift 360's staff has never been convincing and they talk irresponsibly and also give misleading and confusing information from their end.
