Money debited from Credit card but not credited in GiftMate Account

Giftmate payment gateway is not safe.

I tried to purchase giftmate voucher for Rs.1000/- on 15th May using my credit card.

During transaction there was an error on the website.

Now i got my credit card statement, amount is charged from Credit card.

But after a month, nothing is credited to my Giftmate account.

I have to file a dispute now. Just see so many hassle in doing transaction through Giftmate.

Customer support always response, we will get back to you in 2 working days. But here a month passed, but no action.
