GILLETE INDIA LIMITED/ MACH3 BLADES
POOR QUALITY OF BLADES

Sir,

I am regular user of GILLETE MACH3 RAZOR AND BLADES (CARTRIDGE).

Last purchased cartridges are of very poor quality as they are being corrosed. I can not use such cartridges and have too suffer heavy loss. A cartridge costs around Rs. 115 to Rs. 125 each.

Sir, I had purchased these cartridges from Arjan Store, Gandhidham in the month of April. I went there to show the defeciency but store people told that there is no replacement and they have nothing to do in this matter.

If such costly item is of so poor quality then why company shall not listen?

Please do the needful.
