Cheating and Stealing of Parts

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Gilma brand HOB and Chimney from your auth store M/s Bharathi Enterprises at Indira Park 'X' Road's, Domalguda, Himayath Nagar, Andhra Pradesh Ph;-094408 54697, 099850 09127 in Jan.

We had a problem with the lighing system and had given a complaint vide complaint number C 887 dated 08 Jun to your service centre. Your representatives Mr. Hussain and Mr. Saleem had visited us to attend the complaint which was not attended to our satisfaction and the problem of lighting system still persisted. They conducted some repairs where in the chimney stopped all togeather. After repeated complaits to one Mr. Mohan mob no 6246559551 / 64578096 a representative of yours came and made the blower work and the lights were left unrepaired. Even after repeated calls there was no response and we managed with it grudgingly.

However we again lodged a complaint again CNO 4470 dtd 28 Mar wherein your representative Mr. Adam by name visited us. He on inspection of the chimney has intimated that the transformer and the PCB board are not available and a temporary wire has been connected to the blower motor for it to operate and the connections to the light have been removed and he has asked us to buy a new PCB board and transformer.

This is a clear case of theft by your service people who have removed parts from the chimney, did not rectify the fault and now claim money to replace the parts.

We are really disappointed of having purchased your product. Till date the problem has not been rectified and now you want us to pay for the parts stolen by your technician.

We look forward to your reply in this regard and also rectify the problem.
