Gilma Hob
Service not being done. Flame not coming properly

I bought this Gilma hob and chimney in the year 2007. I registered a compliant with the customer service desk in Hyderabad (Ph: 040 64578096) on 11th July and they are yet to send a technician to fix the flame. This hob and chimney costed me 15000 ruppees and this is not the service i expect from this company. Despite my repeated calls and speaking to an agent called Ashfaq, there has been no action taken till date. Since this is out of warranty i was willing to pay any charge but they do not seem to be interested in resolving the query. The last call i made to them was on 23rd July and i was unable to reach them ever since.

Please help in getting this resolved.
