USELESS SERVICE

Dear Sir

We regret having bought your cell connection / service, which we now feel is the most useless connection and your customer service worse than that useless.

None of your help line numbers work. Dial any number eg 9892012345 you are asked to punch certain keys, then you get a message “ This is not a valid number”. Your customer service staff is arrogant they just keep the phone down/ bang it.

When we spoke to Nilesh Sharma (98670 47018), your sales person who sold us the connection and asked him whey the number was not activated as yet (he had promised activation on 12-1 he gave weird answers and when we asked him for his superior’s name he declined.

Same was the response over the response from Anishuddin Kadri your customer care person.

Yours is an absolutely rubbish service and we would not recommend it to anyone.

When you call on your helpline number they ask you to call on some other number, when you call there you are given a third number to call on.

Is this customer service.???

We are disgusted with your service and will first through away your SIM.if not activated in 2 hours from now
