Girias worse service
Not delivered my orde

I have booked a Samsung 29 inch TV (z50) from girias koramangala inner ring road on 5th OCT. And the model which i selected was not in stock how ever the sales rep assured me that the stock will be available in next 3 days and will be delivered. Invoice # 26795 paid 9, 500 in advance. Today is 28 th OCT and i am yet to receive my order. This is not the big problem, the problem is they never followed up i had to call them personally several times, The sales manager mr sudeep always assures to deliver in 2-3 days and never happens. I visited the show room again on 24th OCT, now he says that the model which i initialy ordered z50 is no more available and he would get me a z40 model instead which is more disappointing on 24th he assured to get the TV by wednesday. Today is wednesday no follow up call has happened and i am sure it will not be deliverd this is the worst ever experience i have had in my life will never walk up to giria's again in my life time...

To make the matter worst this was suppose to be my marriage gift i got married on 5th OCT.
