Fraud House owner

Respected Sir,

As I was residing in a portion for lease from past 3 years at # 3671, 2nd floor, 9th main, Kaverinagar, Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore-560070. According to the lease agreement the tenure ended up by December 5, but the lease amount was not returned by the house owner till September 14. The house owner and his brother took the lease agreement (bond) and house key by force and returned only the sum of rupees 1, 10, 000 instead of 1, 15, 000 rupees on September 14 and told me to collect the balance amount 5000 rupees within a week's time. I had visited their place many times to collect my money but till now there is no any sign of returning my money. I called to his cell phone many times but there was no response even, and i got threaten not to step into that building in the name of collecting my money back. Please help me out in this issue.
