They didnot give the right data and didnot give payment according to their terms and condition

Sir,

I was joining www.365jobs4u.com in the month of july 22 of this year by registering with them by sending them the draft of -.I had done 134 assignment in the month of july, in august i had submitted 1131 assignments, in september 610 and in october 808 respectively. But they paid me only 1633/- for the month of august. But as the rules of thier own my payment was above 5000/-.In the next month i had not got the payment. I gave them a complain, they didnot respond to it. In the month of october I recieved a email that your account has been terminated as less files are submitted, wrong ideono, file no but I had not done any kind of mistake. They didnot respond to my email also. Please guide me.
