Egarding non payment of full amount of PF (GJ/VAPI/45527- A/C NO. 05)

Dear sir,

In 2004 your ofice issued two cheques of amount Rs 52584/- (cheque No. 141170) and Rs 22572 (cheque No. 202483). But cheque no 202483 was not signed by your office and returned back to your office through my bank. From 2004 to till date this is not send again to my bank, i am also not in india from last 05 Years so i could not followed it up. Now 27 March 09 to till to date i have visited your office five times and meet to your PRO .

Now your Co-operation is required in this metter to short it out.
