Dear Sir / Madam,

I have changed the scheme from FV 199 to GK 199 and submitted the documents on 23.09.2008 thru Alpha Telecom for which they told me to take an ADD ON Card, I agreed for that the scheme is implemented in Add-on but not on the existing which I changed the scheme. Please clarify the point.
