Change of Plan not done

Mr. Varun, Mobile No:9833806655 had collected Cheque of Rs.299 dt:20/08 drawn on HDFC Bank with a form duly signed by me (Mobile No: 9820246632) to convert my existing plan of GK299 to Corporate 399 scheme. Where in one condition was that my other prepaid number :9769842183 supposed to be converted to billing under corporate scheme. Point of reference is my prepaid number 9769842183 was converted to post paid, however my original GK 299 is still not coverted to Corporate 399 on mobile no:9820246632. I have inquired with Vodafone gallery and it is informed to me that there is no instruction from your end. I am trying Mr.varun, but his number is not reachable cotinuously. I called up your office on 65548465, however there is no feed back on my query. Let me know why there is dealy is change of plan and why because of your communication gap, I am suffering and penalised with excess bill amount.
