There is huge problem in your delivery system. We make the calls to your coporate, branch office & customer care offices but i am not getting sufficient answer from them. One of my parcell has to come from kolkatta to gurgaon haryana on dated 27-05 but your delivery boy is returnd with the parcell & mark comment in his register that office was closed & they back to returned this parcell to kolkatta. From now it takes 6 more days for returned to kolkatta to gurgoan. So, kindly look this matter seriously & traind your persons to solve this kind of problems because you are for customer service.
