Credit card payment not converted in EMIs

I had made 2 trasaction on sep, 08 for amount Rs 8900 8900. I merchandize GK vale has offer 12 EMIs, without interest charges and processing fees, but due to there mistake it was not converted in EMIs, and I got the full bill for Rs 17800, in month of oct, 08. I have to follow the merchandizer and icici executives also, for 3 months, and finally my trasaction is converted in to 12 EMIs, in jan, 09. But in these 3 months, i have been charged with interest charges and taxes, since i was paying the EMIs only, Now I m contacting them to reverse the interest charges but these is no response from there side, I had wasted 3 months running behind them, its a real trauma for me.
