Transfer of EPF amount

Dear sir,

I have worked in a company named,

GLAND PHARMA LIMITED

Date of leaving- 12/03

EPF A/CNo.- AP/13371/2050

I have submitted the required filled form to my present employer to transfer the EPF amount and family pension fund from AP/13371/2050 to MH/46376 and family pension fund a/c- MH/4637/2730.

But till today i am unable to know whether the amount transfered from my previous employer to my present employer or not. My present employer forwarded my application to previous employer on 15/07. But they are not confirmed about the amount transfered or not. Please help me regarding this matter.
