Increase in mess charge during the session

Hi, i am a student of above mentioned college and residing in its hostel. At the time of admission we were said to pay Rs.610000 as hostel fees which we paid and now during session they are increasing the hostel fees by Rs.3500. What can i do? The food quality in the mess is terrible and all students have complained but there has been no change and also they have increased the charge. I am afraid to make my identity known so please make it anonymous. I hope you will tell me solution very quickly as we have been given 10 days time to deposit the increased fare.
