False Promise

I had purchased a Nokia N-72 about 10 months back (28/04) from Global Access from their showroom in Frazer Town Bangalore. At that point of time the company had some assured offers for the customers buying mobile phones from their showroom. At the time of purchase I was given a scratch card and I won a holiday voucher for 2 days for a couple in some of the resorts or 3-4 star hotels in any of the selected places from their booklet in India. I was given a form which I had to fill and send to them with the scratch card and a copy of the invoice and they had promised that within 7- 10 days from the date they recieve the form they would be despatching the holiday voucher to my address. But I never got any call or response from them even after a month. I repeatedly kept calling them up and they kept telling me that they would get back to me but till today I have not got a single call from them. I am sure that they have cheated many customers this way. Hence request you to take some action against them.
