On 4/3, a representative from global direct Ms. Smita Dalvi (ph.no.9870744898) visited my home and told me that a new tariff plan that sounded beneficial to me.she told me that i will get 100 sms free on each of the 3 new postpaid connections and two of my five preexisting nos.will have Rs.249 as rental and will get 150 mins free.but when i received my first bill, the sms were charged and i also didn't get 150 mins free.when i approached vodafone store at vileparle (e) the executive there told me that there was no such tariff plan and i was cheated by global direct.when i asked them what is to be done, they told me to contact Ms.smita dalvi.i tried calling her but niether she nor her manager Mr.naveen khanna (ph.no.9820935536) answered my calls.then i contacted Mrs.chitra alwani who is the headd of global direct.but to no avail.in the process i am cheated for Rs.900 which was taken from me for the new tariff plan and this is also a headache for me as i am only running from pillar to post to put forwards my grievances but nobody is responding.now what to do??
