Non receipt of Sim Card

Dear sir
We have given a cheque of Rs. 599/- vide No. 138118 Dt. 2nd September in name of global Direct vide receipt No. GD-MP 410 Dt. 2.9.08, further I was informed that within 7-10 days I will get the simcard at my address, we regret to inform you that till today i.e. 27th September I have not received my sim card for the Cell No. 9769915035, already Vodafone person visited my house for verification & he also told you will get the same within 3-4 days.
When I contacted person who visited to my office Mr. Ashish whose Cell No. is 9220984151, three days back. He told vichare courier returned 3 times from your house as it is closed or some other reason, Mr. Ashish told I have sent the same by flyking courier. Next day i.e. as on 25th September I called at your Vodafone customer care number 9820098200 regarding the cell No. 9769915035 they told till today no registration has been done for the same Number then I called to Global Direct on Phone No. 40741234/6654190 & talked with Ms. Alpa regarding the same sim card but she told today she will courier as previously no courier has been done & she told we have our own in house courier from there you will get a sim card by courier but till today I have not received the sim card of Vodafone.
I request you to please look in the matter personally & do the needful at your earliest or please follow up with global direct & tell them to give our money back if they are not able to provide the same then I will take sim card from our nearest Vodafone store. I am also attaching receipt from global direct for your reference.
I wait for your quick reply & prompt action against the Global Direct.
