Global Direct with Vodafone Mumbai

I am shocked at the atrocious Global Direct representative. I strongly suggest that Vodafone advise Global Direct Representative, not to cheat custmers while selling their Vodafone product. I have reallt BAD experiance of representative Mohd. Ismail (Manager is Aziz Godarawala) Mumbai. He misguide and cheat me by saying that I won Vodafone Birthday Gift as My Number starts from 9820... and My Surprising My PAN starts from A... I donot know connection between PAN No.??? and Prize.
He further said if I want to change scheme, i forcely have to purhcase 3 additional card worth Rs.115/- which i can contiue for 65 days only..Un officially... He took Rs.350/-*3 = 1050/- as a GoT charges where he has issued receipt of Global Direct. Surprise
I enquire with Vodafone galary and surprise to note that there is no such scheme .. i can switch over to new scheme without purchasing new cards..and there is an additional gift for all new custmoers...
I called him to returnback all my papers to me and he informed that he has submitted the same to office which is false. He has switch off his cell.
Vodafone should teach him standard of marketing...
I want strict action against such fraudy agent and representative. I want reply soon.
