Pension amount is not credited

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I was working with Global e: Business Operations Pvt Ltd (Hewlett Packard) from Oct to May. My PF ac/no. is KN/25002/4218. It is with the bangalore office. I have received my employer contribution from the company.

I have given a cancelled cheque and also filled the application form to withdraw my pension amount. I am yet to receive the amount in my HDFC account. It has been a year that I am waiting for my pension amount. It is so embarassing that when I call the enquiry number it is always busy or nobody is there to answer. once when I called, may be in january they said it is in process and It will take 2 months to credit the amount. It has been more than 2 months and still it has not been done.

I need a response on this ASAP.
