Eversal of lpc charges and othe

I had made you the last payment of Rs 6076/- dated 17.12.07 by chq, From your side there was a call for collection of payment your executive has camed late means after the due date and bank has charged me the late payment fees and plus the chq pick up fee. I request u to reverse all the charges which is wrong on my card and the insurance what i had not asked you to give me that is also added on my statement i want the reversal of that also. I has been complaining you several time to reverse all the charges but there is no response from yours side.
