Not responding calls

Sir,

I have a Indane gas connection with Ashu Gas Agency at Rajouri Garden, New Delhi for the last two years. My complaint is that whenever we call them for gas booking they will never pick up their telephones. They have two land line telephones in thier office. Two receptionist (girls) are there, but they will not respond. Today I am calling since morning they are not picking up their phones. Ultimately, we have to personaly go to their office for booking. If we personlly go to their office, their behaviour is also not upto the standard. Please look into it and take corrective steps.
