No Payment

This is really a fraud Company. Please Please don't go for this.

Company Persons i talked was Amit Patel, Rahul etc.

I registered with this site for online data entry, they provide work to me. I completed all the work assigned.

At the end of the month a mail regarding application for payment was sent to me. i filled and submit the form. but after 3 Months no payment was made to my account.

many a times i called directly to the company, sometimes they say payment has already been sent, when i asked about the transaction id they gave me a wrong id. i enquired with bank, and there was no such payment.

They asked me to continue the work for the next month and asure me for the payment very soon.

At last dramatically they change my account from online data entry to form filling job. I again complaint for this, the reply was that there is some server problem, so for sometime u work with this job and late we will convert to the previous.

Still a zero amount payment was made.

Finally i was asked that your payment will be made by cheque within 3 days. They even confirm my postal address, but still no payment is there. No i m trying to contact them but no one is picking up the phone.

Is there any one can tell me how can i register my complain to the consumer forum for this totally fraud site...
