Non Settlement of Insurance Claim

Sir,

I had contracted above firm to help me relocate from Mumbai to Kolkata. This included packing loading transporting, unloading & unpacking my household goods and tranport my car. The firm has also insured my goods for Rs 2.75 Lakh against carrier all risks including damage and loss of material.

My items were moved from Mumbai on 31st May and been handed over to me on 15th June. The items were badly damaged and few were missing too. I had complaint the firm numerous times to either repair/replce the items and make good of the lost items but it are falling in deaf years. Now they have even stopped picking up my phone calls. We are going under tremendous hardship due to callous and indifferent attitude of the firm.

Kindly advice what to do to rederss my grievances.
