Delay in supply and no proper information

I have taken services of Global International Packers and Movers to relocate from Nagpur to pune.
They, gave me a time of 9.00 am in the morning of 13th june '09 for packing from nagpur, and subsequently commited that my material will be delivered on 15th June '09.
After calling for several times these people came for packing at 2.00 pm in the afternoon of 13th June.
After packing the material in 1 hour, they again confirmed while giving me the receipts that material will reach pune on Monday 15th June '09.
Since then they are just giving me reasons and promise that my material is just reaching..just reaching.
It has not yet reached, they are saying they have no contact with the driver.
I have no Idea even now about whereabouts of my material and when it will reach me.
