Goods undelivered

Hi,

My name is Meghana. I shipped my goods through Global Packways (India) which is located in Bangalore on July 14th to Noida. They promised to delivered the goods in a week. I paid the full amount of 10, 180/-. They did not deliver my goods as promised. I started following up from July 24th. I spoke to Arjun who is the branch manager in Bangalore. He started asking for more 3000/- to deliver goods. He was so adamant on paying him extra. I kept following up, he disconnects my calls (his number is 9343183407) & he tells me go and complaint whereever i want but he will not deliver my goods. Its been over a month now. I called up Delhi branch, Noida branch..no one knows where my goods are. I sent emails to relocation@globalpackways.com I never got any response. I am helpless.

I would request you to help me in getting my goods.
