We recently encountered a bitter experience with your delivery boy during the delivery of a certificate from DNV office, Bangalore.

The delivery boy engaged by the above courier service misbehaved with the undersigned leading to a chaotic scene in our office.

It looks like the delivery boy engaged is a rowdy element.

We request you to initiate appropriate action against such unprofessional staff, which may tarnish image of both our companies.

To protect ourselves from any unforeseen act from the delivery boy we request to do the needful and keep us informed about the action initiated.
