We went with Global visas last year for thier help in getting a business visa for Australia. We paid upfront a sum of £600 befgore we got a service statement from them. They sent us forms to complete which we did promptly. It was months untill we heard anything we could never get hold of our case worker and never have any returned calls. In the end we cancelled our next payment to them and went somewhere else. We have now out of the blue a letter from the recovery agency ACT demanding the sum of £1, 177!!We have no idea what for, they did nothing for the first £600.We know they have done nothing in the way of obtaining a visa for us as we never stated what state in Aus we wanted to go! I have emailed and rang and left messages with a manager Adrian baxter to ask what they have done for such a vast amount of money and nothing. I dont know what to do next
