Fooled by an Travel Agent

Respected Sir,

Myself MITAL BHARATKUMAR LODARIYA need to report a complaint with reference to the above subject.

I was about to go on bangkok trip on 11/10/09 but when i reached to the airport, i came to know that i can't travel to bangkok as per rule said by an airport authority, 'I can't take the flight if i dont have passport validity left of 6 months for the journey.' But my travel agent gave me no such idea regarding to requirement of passport validity and issue me the ticket.

I gave my travel agent named Abhishek mehta all the information regarding to my passport number and its validity before booking my hotel stay n various sight seeing n all meals including. Now i couldn't get my expenditure back even if i can't go for it. I was mentally stressed. I have been planning for the trip since 2 months, and now it is so depressing because of being fooled by an agent. how an agent can issue the ticket if a person can't fulfill the requirement of passport validation?

So I'm complaining that i have been fooled by my travel agent and i should get all of my expenditure back including expenditure for bangkok trip as well as air tickets included.
