About claiming of prize money

Sir,

I got an sms from the GLOBEINC company on 20/11/09... they mentioned that i had won 1 million dollars in 2009 shell int'l xmas draw in UK and they suggested to contact mr.white on: www.accspdc@live.com... so, i have to know is this fake or not..and if fake kindly take action on the GLOBEINC company for sending such kind of fake sms's
