Asking for remittance of amount before the delivery of parcel by Yahoo/MSN Lottery Board

I could not understand that if Yahoo/MSN lottery Board is giving such a huge amount in lottery then they can not afford the courier charge. It at all they are asking then why it is so huge sum, I do not think courier charges are so high. And if at all they want to give delivery why they are making the matter so complex. Why do not deliver first then take the money. Because what I suspect now is somethig fishy. I am not going to proceed further.

If they are true and genuine then they should first deliver then they wil be paid with the charges. This the procedure.
