I recd this mail with refrence to yahoo/msn lottery case. as per this they have handed over the lottery to globex courier service for delivery at my residence which is located at london U.K.

does the same rate is applicable for delivery of parcel in local also, does this Globex courier service possess reality or it is just a cheat marketing E mail. Should i respond them.
