Full & Final Settlement

Hi,

I joined this company in jan and resinged in december when i had put my resignation the notice period to serve was 2 months where i had 42 days leave remaining in my account and my 45 days salary was kept on hold. When i contacted the HR for the settlement she said i have to pay the company a sum of 15, 000 for my releiving letter. This company is a fraud and Please if anyone gets a job offer DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY as u will regret later if you join.
