GLUCOMETER ACCU-CHECK ACTIVE
REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT

I have purchased glucometer at 29/12/06 from SCIENTIFIC EMPORIUM, 8, ASHOKA PLAZA, DELHI RD., ROHTAK- 124001. It has life time guaranty. If product does not work, co. will replace it with new product. My glucometer was not working from last 2 months. when i go to co.'s agency, they deposit it and say that they will replace it with new product within a week. But two months has passed, their is no response, I am a diabitic person. I need glucometer to check my blood suger twice in a day. I work at delhi, so I need glucometer everytime becouse any time there can be any problem with me. So it is necessery to keep glucometer with me.

Without it i can not take care of my health. I request many time to co. agent Mr. yogesh and agency Scientific emporium. But their was no response. It harrass me physical and mentally disturbance. There is also 100/- daily charges to check my blood suger.

So I request, please replaced my glucometer and given my compensation, which harrass me 100/- daily.expenses. please take early action and give me my glucometer and compensation also.
