Gmail and orkut account hacked

Respected,

My gmail account is being hacked. I am unable to login to gmail and orkut as my orkut is related to gmail.

I last used my gmail on 25 jan. Kindly help me recover my password as I am not able to recover it through my alternate ID.

Last known some one logs in with my credentials and chats with my friends with my Identity.
