Hacking of mail id

Respected Sir,

My previous mail id vidyakadam143@gmail.com was hacked.so i deleted that account. Then i opened new acc of id kadam.vidhya@gmail.com it gets again hacked & someone sending spam mails & chats to my friends. So i reset all settings of this account. Now someone created mail id of my name kadam.vidya.143@gmail.com. Someone msusing my name for mailing. Can u give me the location of that mailing or plz take proper action against this
