Mileage Deterioration after Service

I am unfortunate owner of an Aveo of GM. My car serviced at their Kochi distributors facility in Sept. this year. Subsequently I learned that fuel efficiency of my Vehicle is deteriorated drastically. Called up the Service Advisor at GMs Kochi facility many times to find out a solution or a guidance. But the simple response was Mileage Guaging Eqpt is under repair and I was advised to call them after a month... called them after a month... almost same response but one difference to call after two weeks. Two months are gone and am still driving the car at the minimum fuel efficiency level. Furthermore, sent many mails too, but no response.
