Not only have they lost a number of consignments causing embarassment and loss of face to my company but also their staff is used to glibly lying. Particularly skilled in this art is their Delhi Zonal Office where a lady who gives her name as Kiran handles complaints. This lady will give you assurances of calling you back with details of your lost consignment and coolly forget about it. Call her up a few times to remind her and she stops attending your calls.

A pathetic cheat of a courier service!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!
