Courier lost

On 10th of march a friend of mine sent me from Bangalore my original X, XII and graduation mark sheets and on 22nd after much inquiry from the courier company they are telling me that they lost the courier. This is irresponsibility at its peak. I don't know what to say about this and to add to this they are offering me a penalty of Rs100 :P.
