GNIT IS TAKING 30000 RUPEES FOR DEGREE

Hi, according to us GNIT is very very bad college in fee matter. We are 08 passout student. We have taken ours marksheet but we have not taken our degree. When we went to college for degree then they are saying that your fee is increamented by 25000, and If you will not submite this money (25000) then we will not give you your's degree/ marksheet/ provisional/ migration/ character certificate etc. They are saying that we will not give you a single document untill you will not pay that money. When I meet to my some juniours they also saying that Mr. K.L. Gupta is saying to submit 30000 for 09 passout student and 25000 for 09 passout. They are asking that Sir what we can do? How we can got ours marksheet, degree, provisional etc. We are very confused that how Mr. K.L. Gupta can increase fee after completing the course.

Please give me idea that what we can do? How we can got Degree and marksheet?
