Hi,

I booked airline ticket (Go air – PNR No. EYV10Y) for my wife in July (Mumbai to Delhi and return) through arzoo.com. These people (airlines and Arzoo) have not informed me about baggage restriction. This information was not given either on their e-ticket or through arzoo. And finally on time of boarding at Delhi airport, they found some extra weight and over-charged her. Now both (airlines and booking agent – arzoo) are playing blame game. Both are putting blame on other party. Despite, complaining multiple times, none of them accepting their mistake. It looks like some type of nexus between both and it seems that they do it deliberately. Charging passenger by hiding relevant information.
