Issue during travelling that no schedule and route change updates to customers/passangers

Respected Sir,

With due respect we Citizen of India, want to bring in to your kind attention about the problem we faced during the journey from Hazrat Nizamudin to Vasai on 14/06/08 by train no. 2450 Goa Sampark Kranti Express from H Nizammudn to Manmad (GOA). Following trouble we faced during travelling.

1. No coatch number details avaiable on bogie

2. Train schedule and route changes are not conveyed to passangers

3. handreds of people (some families with kids) have no clue where they are going

4. No schedule and route update on Indian Railways respected sites.

5. Reached at Bhusaval station at midnight from where left train and contacted railway authority

5. after thousnads of request got tickets stamped to reach Surat by Hawra

Now question comes that who bare the cost of trouble faced by senior citizens, ladies and kids. there lots of improvement needs in Indian Railways so don't claim we did this we did that on news paper and TV.

I request you to kindly pay attention on our complaint and take necessary action so that passenger would not face these problems in future.
